The Cool Maintenance insulated panel is a suitable building block for quick and cost-effective construction of a range of prefabricated modular structures. Some examples of the types of buildings for which our insulated panels can be used include classrooms, low-cost houses, clinics, computer rooms, churches, soup kitchens and offices.

These buildings are supported on steel or timber frames or concrete bases, and feature roofing set on IBR insulated panels with an interlocking system. Window frames and doors can be based on steel, aluminium or wood, while floors can be finished using tile, vinyl, metal plate, wood, or rubber. A selection of finishes is available, including shiplap, handy plank, fibre cement, and painted Chromadek.
